All Torix VPN purchases are delivered digitally via license key.

Once a license key has been issued or activated, it may be considered used and therefore non-refundable, except where required by law.

• The license key has not been activated
• There has been a verified technical issue preventing activation
• The purchase did not violate our Terms of Service

4. Explain the reason for your request

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your license
• Permanent account termination
• Restriction from future purchases

We encourage users to open a Discord ticket to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
